Spring 2009 Semester Recap
As you are probably aware, we track both worship service attendance and Life Group attendance. Numbers aren’t everything, but they are an indicator of health and growth. During the spring semester, Sunday morning attendance was in the 500-550 range. Our average weekly Life Group attendance was 222. So, nearly half of the people attending a worship service also attended a Life Group. That’s awesome! For a more detailed breakdown of Life Group attendance, see this document:

No commentsAn event you don’t want to miss!
Shoreline’s student ministry, Epic, will be attending a youth conference in Birmingham this summer. To raise money for this trip, they’ve organized a Prom Night on May 29th. Not only will this event be a lot of fun, but it will allow kids to attend the conference who otherwise might not be able to go. Click here for all the details. Volunteers are needed! So, if you can help, please call Lisa at 259-8419.
No commentsSummer Plans
The spring Life Group semester will officially end June 13th. The fall semester doesn’t begin until August 30th. However, several groups will continue meeting during the summer. If there’s a group you’ve been attending or have been contemplating checking out, be sure to call the Life Group leader listed in the Spring 2009 Menu to find out if/when they’re meeting this summer.

According to statistics, the ratio of volunteers to church attendees at most churches is 1:10. We calculated Shoreline’s volunteers and church attendees and our ratio is 1:5. That’s amazing! Thanks for all you guys do! You honestly make everything at Shoreline possible. And to show our appreciation, a little something special is being planned for those who volunteer. However, I’m not at liberty to discuss it just yet. You’ll hear about it soon, though!
